Rooted in more than two decades of leadership development, wilderness expedition experience, and education, Eddyline brings deep expertise to every engagement. With over 200 weeks spent on expedition, senior faculty experience with the National Outdoor Leadership School, a master’s in Education from Harvard, and certifications in Integral Coaching, Hogan Assessments, and Design Your Life, the foundation behind the work is both rigorous and practical.
